Cut off of clat changes every year on the basis of the difficulty level of the questions in the paper.

And the obc qouta is applicable in state nlus so it depends if your state nlu provides OBC qouta.

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 1000-1800. I'm afraid you have less chances of getting into GNLU even if you have the state domicile of Gujarat, if you fall in general category. But you have some chances of getting into the NLUs like Shimla, Ranchi,

As you must be aware, the CLAT 2019 paper has been on easier lines and hence the cutoffs are expeted to go high. The General category cutoff would probably be around 110+. You have Gujarat domicile but I construe that it is unlikely to be of any help

College Infrastructure

National Law University, Odisha, Cuttack (NLUO) provides good infrastructure, with proper classrooms/lecture halls, good library equipped with air conditioning, clean campus, ample food stalls for students, sports centres like basketball court, tennis court, badminton court and football field. The hostel rooms are big enough and cleaning crew is available from 7:00 A.M - 4:00 P.M. The hostels, lecture halls, library and mess are all equipped with WiFi, lecture halls have white boards and projector. Mess food is edible. Overall a good experience and good living environment.

College Infrastructure

It has greatly developed as it currently houses one of the largest law library in the country. Adequate facilities with respect to sports and recreation area also made available to students along with good hygienic food

Overall a good college.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is improving slowly. The library is finally functional. The hostels are spacious, you get single rooms which is a great thing. Overall the college is pretty but needs a lot of development.
