The qualifying mark for SC candidates in CLAT is 40% marks of total marks for which the exam is conducted. Since 68 marks are greater than 40%, you will be called for counseling but whether or not you will get a seat depends on the college you will choose.

Moreover the number of seats also matter. But you can surely look out for other good colleges as your scores are decent enough.

With marks of 98.75, you will get rank between 2,100 and 2,800. When compared to previous year cut-offs, you have chances to get into NLUs of Cuttack and New Delhi.
