As per the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 11000-13000. So if you fall in SC category then you definitely have chances to get into NLUs Shimla and Jabalpur. They require a rank of below 12000 (approx.) for SC category. So if you have a rank between the above mentioned range then you have a chance.  Have your hopes high since you've a decent score. According to previous year cutoff trends, here are some of the NLUs you can consider - 

• NUALS Kochi - opening and closing score - 111-108, opening and closing rank - 900 to 1200.
  
• CNLU Patna - opening and closing score - 111-104.5, opening and closing rank - 900 to 1600
  
• DSNLU Visakhapatnam - opening and closing score - 108-92, rank - 1200 to 3500
  
• NLU Cuttack - score - 110.5 to 104.5 and rank - 1050-1600.
  
• MNLU Nagpur - score - 108-90 and rank - 1200 to 4000
• MNLU Aurangabad - score 107.75 to 90 and rank - 1250 to 4000.
  

If your score comes out to be as expected, or better, then you have a fair chance of getting into the above-mentioned institutes as cutoffs over the years don't vary much.

For getting into National Law University, New Delhi, you have to appear for a separate entrance test known as AILET. They don't accept CLAT as eligibility exam.

For National Law University, Cuttack, according to previous year trends, the cutoff was 110.5. This year it may vary by + or -5. So you have a very high chance of getting into this college.

Every year the cut-off rank changes so no one can predict it before result declaration. But according to the previous year cut-offs 90-110 marks range is quite safe and there are some possibilities that you get NLU. Yes it might not be good or reputed one but you would get decent one after applying your quota or category. Hope you find it useful.

Now coming to your query, after analysing this year’s CLAT 2019 exam it can be said that the paper was quite easy this year and one can expect cut-offs to go high this year; but as you’ve scored quite decent and being from ST category you’ve the advantage and might be able to crack in one of the NLUs.

For the General category an individual can expect cut-off to set around 155-160 for top National Law Schools (NLUs), in SC category cut-off can be around 115-120 for top NLUs, and around 115 in case of ST category for top NLUs.
