Your chances for admission in an NLU not Only depends on your preference, but also depends on your rank.
There is a lot of difference between the previous year's cut off and ranking of the two NLUs. The cut off for WBNUJ, Kolkata was a rank of 213 and the cut off for CNLU, Patna was a rank of 909 in 2017.
You can expect a similar cut off this Year too.
Hence you can get admission in WBNUJ, only if your rank falls within that range.

Your Chances for admission in any NLUs through the subsequent allotment lists are not much. But you do have fair chances in vacancies, if any. You cannot br sure about arising of vacancies as it varies every year, but you can try for NLUS is guwahati, Tiruchirappalli, Vizag.

Considering your rank and your category, you don not seem to have much chances for admission in any of the NLUs in the subsequent lists according to the Careers 360 college predictor, as the previous year's cut off has been really high.
