I am sorry to say you can't get RGNUL PATIALA because you have given preference to MNLU NAGPUR above RGNUL PATIALA,you can try in vacancy seats which will release if any after 7/7/2018. We make silly mistakes in our life sometimes it cost lot.
I am sorry to say you will not able to make in NLU even in vacancies, kindly check private colleges as soon as possible, because most of them will commence classes from 12th July to 19th July.Act fast
Dear as per your rank you will easily get admission in any of the NLUs so just be relaxed and don't miss the rounds of counseling.

Second list was also publishe late in the evening, I don't think 3rd list be out before 6 pm if in case it is released earlier you can keep checking the CLAT site.

NLUO is a good place to study
College Infrastructure
National Law University, Odisha, Cuttack (NLUO) provides good infrastructure, with proper classrooms/lecture halls, good library equipped with air conditioning, clean campus, ample food stalls for students, sports centres like basketball court, tennis court, badminton court and football field. The hostel rooms are big enough and cleaning crew is available from 7:00 A.M - 4:00 P.M. The hostels, lecture halls, library and mess are all equipped with WiFi, lecture halls have white boards and projector. Mess food is edible. Overall a good experience and good living environment.

College Infrastructure
It has greatly developed as it currently houses one of the largest law library in the country. Adequate facilities with respect to sports and recreation area also made available to students along with good hygienic food
Overall a good college.

College Infrastructure
College infrastructure is improving slowly. The library is finally functional. The hostels are spacious, you get single rooms which is a great thing. Overall the college is pretty but needs a lot of development.
