Thank you for writing to us.
Hey aspirant,
Congratulations for your great performance in CLAT 2020!
Tallying your rank with previous year's cut off by rank, it can be predicted that your chances for admission in MNLU, Mumbai is very high.
Last year's cut off by rank for OBC category for B.A. L.L.B (hons.) was 1139 and for L.L.M it was 1805. The cut offs may vary slightly this year but your chances are high.
Hope this helps,
All the best!
Hello student ,
No , you can not do LLB from NLU after CA but you can use only one professional designation either as a CA, as a CS, as a CWA or LLB. You can not carry on all of these simultaneously. Further admission is through CLAT and age limit for general in CLAT is 20 yrs so it is nearly not possible to complete your CA before 20 and appear in CLAT thereafter, so you wont be able to get admission through CLAT route . Beside this L LB is needed when you are representing a client in High Court. At that point of time, CA degree won't work and w hile practicing as a CA, you can represent your client till Appellate Tribunal.
So i will suggest you to choose wisely your profession .
Hope it helps !
No, NLU does not offer 3 years programme. They offer only 5 years law programme like B.A llb, BBA llb etc.

Specially-Abled Certificate (If applicable)

Domicile Certificate (If applicable)
Hope it will helpful

Hi,
It is difficult to get an NLU with this rank, however you can try for some good private law colleges such as NIMS, lloyd law college, Bennet university etc. You can also try for getting admission in state university like IPU which accepts CLAT rank. You can access previous year cut off list of CLAT 2019 to get an idea about the cut off rank of various NLUs - https://law.careers360.com/articles/clat-cutoff

Hi,
Chances of Getting NLU Mumbai is a bit low based on your rank, however there is a chance that in subsequent rounds of counselling you might get a lower NLU. You can also apply to some private universities and state universities that are accepting CLAT scores like IPU, NIMS, Bennet university etc.
Hi there,
NLU conducts an All India Law Entrance Exam (AILET) to offer admission to eligible candidates in undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG) and doctorate (PhD) level. This is a university-level entrance exam only for admissions at NLU Delhi as the university does not accept any other law entrance exam for admissions. There is NO age limit for AILET.
NLU does not accept CLAT scores.
There is NO RESTRICTION on the number of attempts for CLAT. Candidates can appear as many times as they want.
All the Best!
It has greatly developed as it currently houses one of the largest law library in the country. Adequate facilities with respect to sports and recreation area also made available to students along with good hygienic food
College infrastructure is improving slowly. The library is finally functional. The hostels are spacious, you get single rooms which is a great thing. Overall the college is pretty but needs a lot of development.
Yes it has all the necessary infrastructure facilities and equipment. It has everything a class needs. It maintains a good hygiene and cleanliness. The foods are having great taste and are properly cooked.
