Im afraid it's a No, NLU, goes through the procedure of entrance test to admit students in LLM, ie the AILET entrance followed by an interview. So you will have go apply for AILET test first. For this year 2020 the entrance test has been already conducted. So

The chances of getting any university is subject to many factors each year, it keeps changing. The factors to be considered is the difficulty level of the exam, the number of seats available for that particular year and
