Hello,
The first and second round cutoffs for CLAT have already been released. Now regarding vacant seats it depends on many factors and is not predictable that how many vacant seats are availale for spot admissions. It depends the number of seats alloted till the last round of counselling. Now for general category candidates their is always tough competition among them.A rank within 1000 may would have helped you to get admission in atleast 5-6 NLUs.Also the domicile matters alot.
You have scored a good rank for admission in many fo the top government colleges. Also you can try out for private colleges.

College infrastructure is improving slowly. The library is finally functional. The hostels are spacious, you get single rooms which is a great thing. Overall the college is pretty but needs a lot of development.
