    Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Engineering is four years (8 Semester) full-time undergraduate engineering program offered by Poornima University, Jaipur.

     Computer Science (CS) focuses on the theoretical foundation of computing along with the state-of-the-art development of computing elucidations. CS students learn how to design, develop and test algorithms, software, develop effective solutions to computing problems in various social, economic and organizational domains.

    CS deals with information and computation. Its approach to computation and associated applications is regarded to be practical and scientific. The discipline is considered by many to be a foundation science one which makes other facts and successes a reality. The study of computer science includes the systematic study of algorithms in order to obtain, represent, process, store, communicate and access information from a wide variety of springs.

    Eligibility Criteria

    A candidate must have Pass in 10+2 with minimum 50% (45% for “SC/ST/ Non Creamy Layer OBC/SBC) marks in aggregate from CBSE / equivalent board along with 45% (40% for ST/SC/OBC/SBC) marks in Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects and any one of Chemistry / Computer Science / IP / Biology / Bio-technology.

    Admission Details

    Admissions to B.Tech will be through 70 % of the Total seats through merit in Eligibility Exam / Entrance Test, 15% of Total Seats through JEE- (MAIN) score & 15% of Total Seats through XII class PCM Percentage.

    College Infrastructure

    The college infrastructure is good and provides a comfortable environment for students. The classrooms are spacious and well-maintained with proper seating and ventilation. Laboratories have the required equipment for practical learning, and the library contains a good collection of academic books and study materials. The campus is clean and has facilities like Wi-Fi, sports grounds, and a canteen for students. Overall, the infrastructure supports both academic and extracurricular activities, though some facilities could be upgraded to make the campus more modern and student-friendly

    College Infrastructure

    Our college has strong infrastructure that helps students learn and grow well. The classrooms are big, have good air flow, and have tools like projectors and smart boards to make learning easier and more interesting. The library has lots of books, magazines, and online materials, making it a peaceful and helpful place for studying and doing research. We also have labs that are kept clean and safe for science and tech classes, with all the equipment needed for experiments and practical work. The computer labs have the latest software and fast internet, so students can do their homework, research, and work on projects smoothly.

    The quality of infrastructure of academic block is good but the infrastructure of the hostel is average and the bathroom of hostel area is decent. The living area around canteen is decent hygienic which is acceptable.
