Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in CSE with Specialization in Game Technology is four years (8 Semester) full-time undergraduate engineering program offered by Poornima University, Jaipur.

The program is designed to keep up with the exponential growth of the gaming industry in this digital world, and to take the students through the entire development process, prepare them for a challenging as well as rewarding career in creating what they love. From the beginning of this bachelor program the student begins to learn the technical, professional, and personal skills required in the game industry. The students learn the foundations of computer programming, graphics design and user interface principles, to envision their own game engines and further collaborate with a team of artists and designers to incubate a complete game. To provide the students an extra edge thereby gearing them to face the demands of the professional game world, the specialization in gaming technology also focuses on additional courses in computer science, gaming physics, communication skills etc.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should have Pass in 10+2 and obtained atleast 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to ST/SC/OBC/SBC). Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects and the third subject can be Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship.

Admission Details

Admissions to B.Tech will be through 70 % of the Total seats through merit in Eligibility Exam / Entrance Test, 15% of Total Seats through JEE- (MAIN) score & 15% of Total Seats through XII class PCM Percentage.
