The Rama Devi Women's University placement system begins with the college registration at the placement cell.
The RDWU placement cell organises different activities like inviting possible employers to the college, facilitating pre-placement discussions, and conducting aptitude assessments.
Based on the students' performance in the aptitude test, the college then selects them for interviews.
The employers then call the students for interviews, and the selection process is done.
After the selection process is done, the college will notify the chosen students and coordinate their joining as well.

Placements

Only few companies visit our college, and only few of students gets placed from our campus. Also those companies don't offer a good package. No internship opportunities provided by our campus. And there was no placement in my course.

The college doesn't provide any Internship for ug students and I am not very sure about pg courses but commerce students get placements I am not very sure about arts I have not been offered with anything as of now
