AMITY University | MA Admissions 2026
ApplyRanked amongst the top 3% of universities globally (QS Rankings)
Hello,
Colleges don't choose university based on distance. They have different parameters upon which they judge from where they should take affiliation. As for now VIIT is under Pune university and it 's a autonomous college. It can't change it's affiliation from one university to other. This all are totally dependent upon the College committee members and board members and all are confidential. If they have to do anything they will do it. We shouldn't be concerned about it. there are people who will take care of it.
Hope it helps!

Hello Rohit,
This is the first time that MHTCET is declaring results on the basis of Percentile. Until previous year the cutoffs of the colleges were on the basis of the marks of the students who opted for that particular college.
You can use the below link to know the previous year cutoffs
https://mhtcet2019.mahaonline.gov.in/ (for institute wise previous year cutoffs)
https://mhtcet2019.mahaonline.gov.in/Content/PDF/CAP/BPharm/CAP%20I/BPharm_MH_CAP1.PDF
Make sure you look for proper cutoffs according to Quota (General-G, Ladies-L, State-S, etc), category (Open, OBC, SC, ST, etc) and also based on home or other universities.
So, if you belong to Open category look for GOPENH for home university cutoffs in general quota, LOPENH for home university cutoffs in Ladies quota & GOPENO/LOPENO for other university cutoffs.
Likewise, if you belong to a reserved category, you can look for cutoffs your particular category.
Hope this helps.
