This programme combines the study of management techniques along with specialised and expert training in Human Resource and Personnel Management. It provides fundamental training to the students about handling and managing human resources by covering different aspects of HRM like job analysis, training and development, workforce planning, compensation, performance and legal issues of a company.
Eligibility Criteria
Sr. Secondary(10+2) with minimum 50% marks.
Proficiency in English Communication.
Commerce/Mathematics as a subject at Sr. Secondary level.
For International Students -
- The eligibility criterion for all programs for international applicants is minimum 50% in the qualifying examination and having studied the pre-requisite subjects for admission in to the desired program.

College has more than an expensive campus area over 60 acres in Greater Noida the campus is well maintained and have Open Spaces for students classrooms and labs are well equipped with smart facilities and Wi-Fi connectivity the universities has a huge library with digital resources available for students

Sharda University Rated A+ in infrastructure , every classrooms has AC, comfortable chairs and benches they have smart Tv in every class rooms, they have very large play grounds , for football , cricket, basket ball etc. they also provide a large library.

College infrastructure is too good with the better facilities having good classrooms with smart boards , wifi enabled campus , good library, good laboratories, hostel is also too good with things usage and well maintained.
