72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy in Management doctorate program offered by Shiv Nadar University. This course duration varies from 3 to 6 years, the student has to finish between this timeline to obtain the Ph.D. degree. The Ph.D. program of the SME aims at training and developing researchers and teachers in management theory and practice, who would be at the forefront in creating and disseminating knowledge. The academically strong and methodologically rigorous program will prepare the candidate for a wide spectrum of themes in management and allied disciplines.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with any of the following academic qualification from the recognized Universities / Institutes are eligible to apply for the Ph.D. program of the School of Management and Entrepreneurship:
- Postgraduate in Management, Engineering, Science, Arts, Law or Medicine, with a minimum of 60% marks in their eligibility examinations or an equivalent CGPA.
- A valid score from any of the following tests:
- JRF or Lectureship eligibility certificate examinations conducted by UGC or CSIR
- GMAT, CAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA, NMAT, GATE, GRE
- Research Aptitude Test conducted by SME @ SNU. (for those who didn’t have any of the above valid scores)
Admission Details
Admission to Ph.D. program at the SME is a three-stage process: 1. Basic eligibility 2. Teaching and Research credentials 3. Personal interview
