Sparsh Himalaya university is relatively new compared to well-established universities in dehradun but the campus has been developing steadily. For research scholars, the facilities are decent, the library has access to relevant journals and books. The labs and research spaces are functional but not advanced.

The Ph.D in human resource management here focuses on areas like employee engagement, organizational behaviour, HR analytics and workplace culture. Faculty members are approachable and supportive but since the university is young, not all professors have a long-standing research background.

Since it's a Ph.D program, direct placements are not as commerce as in undergraduate or postgraduate courses. However, pursuing a Ph.D in HR here opens doors to teaching opportunities in colleges, research consultancy and roles in HR analytics or corporate training.

Himalayiya University has good infrastructure. Infrastructure is good with various regulations and rules. The college has diverse subjects. college but I will not advise for MA. Because there is not any practical college for that.

Iam studying MA in this college. Quality of teaching is good practical knowledge and industrial visit are also available as for the related streams students. my course is MA. Faculty is good and supportive.explore other options also.

Placements opportunities that the college provide is good in this college. You can otry this college forfinance and marketing studies where placements are really good. Other specialisation are good too.
