Step 1: When holding a placement drive, the Corporate Affairs and Outreach Reach Cell (CAOC) sends out invitations by mail to various organisations.
Step 2: Following acceptance of the invitation, the interested organisations will get in touch with the CAOC and specify the candidate's title as well as their recruitment procedures.
Step 3: The Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya will provide information about the recruitment drive and the names of the companies that will be on-site for interviews. Candidates who are interested should submit their applications and the necessary paperwork.
Step 4: After the schedule is created, a lecture is presented by the CAOC to address any questions or concerns candidates may have regarding the hiring process.
Step 5: To be qualified for the final selection, candidates must pass several rounds of the interview, including the HR round, the group discussion round, the aptitude test round, etc.

My suggestion is not very bad but it's good college
Placements
Satisfaction placement opportunities with approximately 40% of student gets placement . To get job you have to try off campus . But college has good providing internship to the student . I talk about the package then it had go upto 6 to 12 lack per anum.

Both the colleges mbm jodhpur and gurukul kongri Vishwavidyalaya takes admission through jee mains scores . You can sit in the josaa counselling if you want to go for these colleges.
The gurukul kongri Vishwavidyalaya cut off is high compared to mbm jodhpur and your rank should be within 60k to get a decent branch there.
In terms of campus placements gurukul kongri Vishwavidyalaya is a better choice if we take return on investment factors . The average package of this college is 6.6L per annum and MBM Jodhpur is around 4.25L per annum.
In terms of infrastructure both the colleges are at same level. Being GFTIs it offers lush green campuses with library facilities and wifi facilities.

Its very difficult to get admission at rank 29356 at GKV Haridwar since in JOSAA its highest cutoff goes maximum to 13775 for Mechanical Engg.
But you can get collage through CSAB spot round in which CRL rank is considered and in the previous year students got admission in GKV in Spot Round 2 with CRL rank till 5 lacs.
