I am sorry to tell you that you will not be eligible for CDS 1 2020. In 2019 For officer's training academy course candidate must be born not earlier than January 1995. So in next year you will not be eligible.

Yes, you should be able to get admission in Jai Hind, Mithibai and KC with this score. The cut-off for third merit list will be around 83-84% for these colleges. Getting into HR, NM would be tough because their cutoffs are higher and won't go below 87-88%.

Chances are there that you will get an admission. Your categorical rank is also high.  For MIT Muzaffarpur the general rank cutoff was :- 5k. You may not get ELectrical engineering, Civil engineering,mechanical engineering. You can apply for the rest of the branches. You will get one for sure.
