Hello,
Yes, NMIMS University is a better option for BBA LLB than University of Mumbai. It is one of the best private colleges be it in terms of faculties, facilities, education, fee structure etc.
The college has a solid track record of placement and a good return on investment. Every year, almost 80 to 90 percent of students are placed, with some pre-placement offers as well. The greatest package was roughly 15 lpa, and the lowest package was around 6 lpa.

Hello Aspirant,
According to the recommendations of the University Grants Commission (UGC), all one-sitting bachelor's degree program have been discontinued. Hence, institutions that claim to offer such degrees are invalid, and the bachelors' degree done though one sitting is not considered equivalent to a degree done on a regular basis. It is better to pursue the degree course by distance/correspondence from a university of repute such as Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and qualify yourself for better prospects.

Hello!
As your hashtag specifies Mumbai University, The admissions of MCOM Part 1 begins in August and ends in September.
Usually the colleges have 60 seats for MCOM, and so the admissions are pertinent to one merit list only, although it totally depends upon the college if they have more seats to offer or if any other student withdraws their application they put up 2nd merit list.
I hope this was helpful. Do revert back if you have any other questions
