For the govt. college the marks required are around 500 and more. So you have less chances of getting the govt. medical college in odisha though I would suggest you to apply through the state quota seats. There you can have the chnaces of getting the govt. seat through reservation.

Admission is based on the criteria that the candidate must have passed class 12th from a recognized board. You score is very good so will definitely have a chance to get a seat in Sofia college for BMM.
Hey,you have to submit application forms of all the colleges separately by going to the respective colleges you are interested in. The colleges will post their cuttoff percentage for all the branches and if your percentage falls in the criteria you can visit the college and complete your admission process.

Seats are allotted to deserving candidates on the basic of marks scored by them in board exam and/or relevant entrance test. Some institutes are also known to carry out direct as well as donation based admission process.

You can get admission for Electronics or Chemical Engineering in any college from Mumbai University. But you cannot get admission in top colleges like ICT, VJTI, SPIT. Try for other colleges based on your marks.

Yes, my college has a hostel, mess facility and state of the art laboratories. In case of sports, we have an outdoor volleyball court, table tennis facility and E-games as well. We have a library of our own and very good Biology, Physics and Chemistry laboratories. We have WiFi facilities, washing machine facility and water coolers but there are issues here and there with regards to these facilities. Yes, the living spaces are clean and we have housekeeping staff for our hostel.
Mumbai university has a large campus with good basic facility for student like classroom library is labs and seminar Hall are available some department have more than facilities the campus environment is a good.
