Considering that you live in mumbai and the colleges in mumbai are not really supportive for CA students regarding attendence and assignments. Also, some colleges also have minimum 75% attendence requirement to appear in the final exams/ semester exams.

For B.com alongwith CA, there is no need to worry about the college from which you pursue B.com. there are plenty of colleges which provide correspondence but between mid year they might ask you to attend college or submit letter from CA institute so below are the colleges in

For gaining admission into the colleges, you need to have a certain percentile that the college cutoff requires. This percentile is usually stated in the eligibility criteria of the same. For this you need to confirm which college you would want to take admission in or short list
