In Mumbai University, in-house seats are for the students you have done their 11th and 12th (junior college) from that particular college. There are many good law colleges in Mumbai, recently from this year NLU-Mumbai will be functional which will be having 60 seats and conducting its separate entrance. Apart from that here is a list of good law colleges which have a excellent repuation according to me:

First of all the LLB course is 3 year course and the entrance exam accepted their is MG-CAT which should be cleared for getting admission in this university:

for B.arch you need to qualify the JEE mains or NATA. your 12th marks should be atleast 75 percent to get into top govt colleges and for ST/SC it is 65 percent.

As your HSC percentage is very low and that too from science background you wont be able to get admission in any good college of Mumbai University. You can try for other colleges
