Abdur Rahim Panchanan Pal Institution, Hariharpara, Murshidabad, West Bengal was founded in the year 2014. The institution, sprawling over 1.02 acres, hoped for and achieved quality education related to teaching within this co-educational campus. It is an NCTE-approved institution and has been running two full-time courses: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). With the strength of 26 faculty members, the institution trains future educators amidst a conducive learning environment.

The institution has several facilities that enrich the learning experience of students within the college. This comprises a well-stocked library that functions as a learning hub by providing a collection of books, periodicals, magazines, journals, and newspapers. It has laboratories in separately functioning Physics and Chemistry labs, a Life Science Lab, and a Geography Lab. All these are well-furnished with the required materials and instruments as stipulated by the B.Ed. curriculum. An ICT lab with 20 computers that will have Internet access, to enable students to become proficient in the use of modern technologies of education. Sports facilities are available in the adjacent grounds of the college for the holistic development of students. 

Abdur Rahim Panchanan Pal Institution offers two full-time courses catering to aspiring educators at different levels. Both courses are oriented toward enabling students to take up fruitful teaching professions.

The admission process to Abdur Rahim Panchanan Pal Institution is on the basis of merit, which will be decided based on the marks obtained in the Qualifying Examination and/or Entrance Examination.
