Abhilasha TT College, Churu: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Abhilasha TT College an affiliated college founded in the year 2007 is present in Churu, Rajasthan . This teacher training college occupies a small area of land of about 1.2355 acres and has recognition from the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). As of now, the total number of enrollment student is 382 and the number of faculty members at the institute is 26. Currently, Abhilasha TT College delivers only one official programme out of which Bachelor of Education is a professional degree programme.

The college has a number of infrastructures that are intended to improve the delivery of education among the student body. The library is well endowed, with more than four thousand, five hundred and fifty up-to-date books on its shelves – one thousand, six hundred and sixty of which are textbooks, one thousand, five hundred reference books, as well as different e-resource and journals. In term of practical training the institute has the following laboratories: Education Technology Laboratory, Psychology Laboratory, Science Laboratory and Language Learning Laboratory. The computer laboratory includes 20 computers that help students acquire the necessary IT skills. Outdoor athletic activities include cricket, volley-ball, kho-kho, kabaddi which can be played at the college level.

The College currently only has one course on offer, the two year full time course in Bachelor of Education (B. Ed). This college has been given permission to admitting 200 first year students to this particular program, for those planned to teaching careers that would provide them with solid learning base in educational theory. The above approach of accreditation facilitates the institution concentrate on key areas of development in offering quality teacher education.

The admission in all courses in Abhilashi TT College is based on the marks secured by the candidates in the qualifying and/or entrance test.
