Adarsh Rehabilitation Centre for Physically and Mentally Handicapped Children started this institution in the year 2006, it is an elementary specialized educational institution enrolled in Bhiwani, Haryana. The Centre is built on a 4-acre campus area that ensures the development of these children with both physical and mental disabilities, which is very important in their nurturing. 

This facility has other auxiliary facilities that back up the learning and personal development of the students. Among these are a medical facility or hospital which will attend to the health condition and care of the students. A well-stocked library supports the mounting research and learning. Being keen on overall development, the institute is also facilitated with sports facilities. The center comes equipped with state-of-the-art IT infrastructure, which helps the student in staying accordingly in touch and with availing of these digital resources, so indispensable for education today.

The Adarsh Rehabilitation Centre provides education through three full-time programs that are equated with special education programs. Large numbers of these are very famous and include the two-year B.Ed Special Education program, the two-year D.Ed Special Education course, and, last but not the least, the one-year Diploma in Early Childhood Special Education.
