Aditya College of Technology and Science, Satna was established in 2007, ACTS Satna is recognised and approved by the AICTE, affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal. The college offers a diverse range of diploma, undergraduate (UG), and postgraduate (PG) courses across various specialisations.

For ACTS Satna's diploma programmes, admissions are merit-based. The UG admissions for ACTS Satna B.Tech courses are determined by scores from the JEE Main exam. As for PG programmes, MBA admissions rely on CAT scores, while ACTS Satna M.Tech admissions are based on GATE scores.
