Admission into Al-Ameen College of Education is merit-based, based on the marks scored in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. As far as the B.Ed. is concerned, the college admits students in accordance with the policies prescribed by the State Government, UT Administration and the University to which the college is affiliated. Admission in D.El.Ed. is also strictly based on merit, based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination or based on the entrance examination as decided by the state government or UT administration.
