Al Shifa College of Nursing Malappuram founded in the year 2002 is one among the leading institution in imparting Education in nursing located in Kerala,India. This affiliated college is in Angadippuram, Lemon Valley, and approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC). It provides 7 nursing courses, 2 undergraduate and 5 postgraduate programme with total 273 students enrolment in college. Twenty-one highly professional staff members teach and provide guidance to the students; ASCON hence benefits from strict student-teacher ratio.

Al Shifa College of Nursing possesses many sophisticated equipment and infrastructures that facilitate learning to the various students. A rich library is available to cater the need of a knowledge center containing books, manuals and the latest national and international journals. Facilities, Laboratories – Anatomy and Physiology, Microbiology, Pathology, Biochemistry, Nursing Foundations, Community Health Nursing, Nutrition and Dietetics, Midwifery and Gynecology, Child Health Nursing. Currently, Al Shifa College of Nursing provides fulfillment of the educational needs with a range of programmes in nursing. The college provides two undergraduate programmes, a 4-year B.Sc Nursing course with hundred seats and two years post basic B.Sc Nursing programme with forty seats. For the postgraduate students the institution provides five prog PROVIDED Two years’ programme and there is 5 quota for each prog provided except M.Sc Community Health Nursing has 4 quotas ONLY. This comprises of M.Sc Medical Surgical Nursing, M.Sc Paediatric Nursing, M.Sc Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nursing, M.Sc Community Health Nursing and M.Sc Psychiatric Nursing. All courses are regular courses, which guarantee intense and closely framed educational processes for the students.
