Doctor of Philosophy is three years full-time course and offered by Alliance University, Bangalore.

The program is aimed at aspiring candidates who wish to pursue research in law. As the field of law is dynamic, there is a greater need to undertake research especially in Constitutional Law, Environmental Law, Intellectual Property Rights Law, Criminal Law, and Informational Technology Law. The research in law is multi-dimensional and inter disciplinary in character. The School of law will provide academic support with experienced faculty that will facilitate the researcher to contribute significantly to the development of the society. Keeping with the view of the task, the law school has all the potentiality to be recognized as a Research Centre.
