Anand College of Pharmacy, Agra was established in the year 2006 as a premier institution dedicated to the development of professionals in the field of pharmaceutical education. Situated on the Agra-Delhi Highway, NH2, Keetham, Agra, this affiliated college has been running successfully for the last eleven years. The institute is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India and imparts two specialised programmes in the field of pharmacy education. With a faculty strength of 35 experienced professionals, quality education and proper guidance to the students is ensured at Anand College of Pharmacy.
The campus is well-endowed with facilities aimed at enriching the learning experience and overall development of students. It has very well-equipped boys' and girls' hostels with strengths of 353 and 224, respectively, making living easy for those studying far away from their homes. It has a state-of-the-art library with a vast collection of 106,908 books that cater to its admitted strength of 3,704 students. The health and fitness of the college community is taken care of through a 24x7 medical facility, supplemented by a state-of-the-art gymnasium. Advanced I.T. infrastructure is provided to the tech-savvy learners through more than 1,091 computer systems in different labs. The facilities provide for a number of indoor and outdoor games to be played by sports enthusiasts. This will propagate a healthy balance in the pursuit of education and physical fitness. Other facilities on campus include an auditorium where events and seminars are held, a cafeteria, and Wi-Fi connectivity that allows students to access all amenities needed in order to have a good learning environment.
Anand College of Pharmacy provides two comprehensive courses which cover the broad field of pharmacy. The four-year full-time Bachelor of Pharmacy degree course has an approved intake of 100 students. It is preceded by a two-year full-time Diploma in Pharmacy course with the sanctioned intake of 60 students.
