The Anand Niketan College of Agriculture, Chandrapur, was founded in 1965 and is a renown agricultural college in the Maharashtra State. Anand Niketan Agricultural College dating in the Chandrapur district ever since its inception has been amongst the premier agricultural colleges in the state of Maharashtra. The college gave imparting specialized education in agricultural sciences under the B.Sc. programme in Agriculture (Hons.) and admitted selected deserving candidates aspiring for an agricultural programme counsel specially prepared for such candidates.
The college runs on a merit-based admission system where admission is based on the candidate's performance in various Common Entrance Examinations conducted for admission to the B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons) programme. These examinations include T-CET (Telangana Common Entrance Test), JEE (Joint Entrance Examination), NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test), and ArEA-UG (Agriculture and Related Entrance Assessment for Under Graduation). Conduct of these common entrance examinations is by the Competent Authority and serves as a major basis for admission.
Eligibility: In order to be eligible, candidates must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as respective subjects. By the way, although NEET is accepted, the Physics, Chemistry, and Biotechnology group of NEET is not accepted for admission into this programme.

Wifi facility is available in clg , the campus is very big .the library is very good and very big the huge book collection is there in our library all academic and non academic books r available , there r different sports r played in our college the canteen is available in clg but good is not good
