About Aryans College of Education, Patiala

Aryans College of Education is an affiliated college situated in Patiala, in the state of Punjab, India, and was established in the year 2010. Located at International Link Road, Chandigarh Patiala Highway 1 acre of land between Rajpura and Banur, it is an NCTE-approved accredited institute. This college having a total strength of 125 students, with fifteen faculty members are teaching in this college The college is having two full-time courses in education. Aryans College of Education is catering to the need of the teacher training with the goal to deliver quality education to the learners.

The college currently has a number of other state-of-the-art facilities available for use in support of academic activities and student experience. A modern computer laboratory with a high-speed connection is available on the campus so that the students and the faculty can be familiar with the updated technology. All the campus areas can access Wi-Fi, hence allowing students to cover all their assignments from any part of the campus. The college library is indeed large and has a seating capacity of two hundred students for reference purposes at any one time and has a stock of books, magazines, periodicals and scientific journals and so on. For practical activities, the college provides adequately equipped laboratories depending on the departments.

Aryans College of Education offers two full-time courses: the university conducts a four-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course for 100 students and a Master of Arts in Education (MA Education). The two programmes provide a basis for educating competent professionals in the education sector with theoretical knowledge as well as the practical skills required in the sector. Of these, the B.Ed programme especially aims at producing professional and professionalised teachers for growth capacity to respond to the challenge in the education sector. 

Aryans College of Education admits those candidates who secure good marks in the qualifying or entrance test in accordance with the rules and regulations of the government of Punjab.
