Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Polytechnic College has commenced in the year 2006 and it is a technical institution found in Fatehgarh Sahib of Punjab territory. It is a co-educational institution located in a 10 acres land and AICTE approval is for affiliated college. The college enrolment total of 399 students in diploma courses and has well qualified faculties of 28 members. The institution’s technical education is further reflected in its five specialised courses all of which are oriented in engineering.

At present, Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Polytechnic College comprises five full time diploma programs which are of three years in duration each. These programs are Civil, Mechanical, Automobile, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication.
