Bal Vikas Mahavidyalaya is a co-ed affiliated college, established in 2015, located at Kutubpur Ganwari, Chandpur, Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh. Undergraduate programmes are provided in various arts and science streams. The college spreads across 2.5 acres of campus and has a total enrolment strength of 467 students and faculty strength of 13 members. The institution provides three full-time undergraduate degree courses, comprising BA and two specialisations under B.Sc.
