Bala Devi Roshan Lal College of Higher Education, Pilibhit, was established in 2015 and is a co-educational affiliated college located at Kasimpur, Bilaspur, Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh. This university, located on a tract of 3.1 acres of land, is currently providing 20 courses of study under six degree programmes. It has 1,148 total students enrolled and has 31 members of faculty where it is well equipped to provide educational opportunities for students. 

The institution has made it part of their course offerings to ensure they offer quality education for students pursuing different disciplines at the undergrad and postgraduate levels.
