BD Shah College of Education, Arvalli, was initiated in the year 1968 and located at Modasa in Gujarat. The NAAC has accredited this college and it got its approval from NCTE. The campus of the institution spreads over a sprawling 20 acres of land, providing a sociable atmosphere for learning and growth. The institution has a student enrolment of 105 and a faculty strength of 9, so personal attention and quality education are ensured to aspiring teachers.

The facilities available within the campus ensure optimum enrichment in the learning experience of its students. A well-stocked library acts as a knowledge centre, allowing access to students from within its folds. Then there is a gym if one is a fitness enthusiast. BD Shah College of Education runs two full-time courses: Bachelor of Education and Diploma in Elementary Education. Both courses are of two years duration with an intake capacity of 50 each, totalling 100 seats for all courses together.
