• The institute has a total intake of 200 students per year to its undergraduate B.Ed degree programme.

BDS Gurukul of Education, Meerut which is often abbreviated as BDSGE Meerut was established in the year 2004 under the guidance of DKS Shiksha Prasar Samiti. BDSGE Meerut courses are offered in a total of one programme in the disciplines of Education at the undergraduate level in the B.Ed degree courses. BDSGE Meerut admissions to the said undergraduate B.Ed degree courses are done on the basis of marks of the JEE Mains entrance test obtained by the candidates followed by a round of counselling. BDSGE Meerut college has been accredited by the National Assessments and Accreditations Council (NAAC). 

BDS Gurukul of Education Meerut college has also been approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). BDSGE Meerut is an affiliated college of Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut (CCSU Meerut) as well. BDSGE Meerut campus size is approximately 6 acres and the on campus BDSGE Meerut infrastructure consists of academic buildings, administrative blocks, auditoriums, library, hostels, and more available on the college campus.
