The College provides first aid and medical facilities to the students with a full-time doctor available within the campus. Special facilities are also provided at the time of emergency.
The College Library is fully committed to offering the response with greater flexibility to meet the growing needs of students and faculty members. The library not only provides their relevant course books, journals, and reference books but also has national and international reading material for the students that increases knowledge for the overall development of their personality. The library has a collection of over 7000 books on engineering. The Library also prides itself with a rich collection of all prominent magazines in the area of business, engineering as well as general awareness.
The college computer laboratory has 120 computers equipped with the latest multimedia and modern gadgets. It provides an exposition to students of BEd, BPEd, MEd, BCA & BBA for getting the latest information on various aspects of computer and multimedia education. It also serves the basic needs of practical aspects for students of BCA & BBA.
The College mess can cater to up to 200 students at a time. Food preparation and catering are on a contract basis but under the direct supervision of the mess committee comprising of faculty and student representatives. The added facility of the cafeteria at BIT provides snacks and other refreshments to the students and visitors.
The College has its own buses for its students and staff with very nominal charges.
College Sports and physical activities are an integral part of our curriculum. The institute has a wide-open space for cricket, football, basketball, hockey, volleyball, and badminton. Hostel common rooms provide a variety of indoor games. Like table tennis, carrom, chess, and a host of other fitness equipment in the state-of-the-art gymnasium. A field sports officer looks after the sports facilities on the campus.
The College students can procure their day-to-day needs of stationery items, general use items, dry cleaning, hairdressing, medicines, etc.
The College Laboratories are an integral and important constituent of any educational set-up with this firm belief, the institute has invested generously in all laboratories making them well lit, airy, and aesthetically designed. All laboratories have the latest equipment and instruments required for academic and research purposes.
