Bhagwan Mahaveer Teachers Training College Karauli, which started in the year 2008, is an affiliated college located at Kachroli Teh of Hindaun City, Karauli, Rajasthan. The institute sits in Jaipur, India, and it is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offers teacher education programmes. Located in a 2.95-acre area, the college’s total enrolment strength is 492, and the faculty strength is 45. At present, four courses of B.Ed, D.El.ED, Integrated B.A. B.Ed Integrated and B.Sc. B.Ed are offered. The college is of mixed type, which means it offers equal chances for both male and female aspirants in the field of education.

The college has a number of amenities catered to the success of the learners in their academic pursuits as well as other aspects of life. The library is one of its strengths, with a rich collection of more than 17,000 volumes and approximately 80 journal and magazine subscriptions. The large library with fully automated systems has the capacity for handling up to one hundred students at a go with facilities for research papers and dissimilations. In case of any health emergencies, the university has a health centre with first aid services. To aid in skill development, the college also has well-equipped laboratories such as the Science Lab and the Psychology Lab. 

There are clubs for different disciplines of interest that the college encourages for the exercise of students. Today’s campus is provided with modern IT facilities, thus minimising the need of students to acquire relevant technology. Arrangements for providing staff and students’ supply of food are made through a canteen, and parking facilities are also provided. It also hosts a guest house for its visiting faculty and students' family members in the college.

The Bachelor of Education course of Bhagwan Mahaveer Teachers Training College comprises four courses offered, wherein all the courses are regular courses. The offered programmes include the B.Ed and D.El.Ed programmes of two years, besides the four-year integrated programmes of B.A., B.Ed and B.Sc., B.Ed. In terms of intake capacity, the B.Ed programme has a total of 100 intakes, and the D.El.Ed programme has an intake capacity of 50 each. The overall number of students is equal to the intake capacity, which is 492; therefore, the college is highly sought, and all the facilities are utilised to the maximum.

Teaching programmes at Bhagwan Mahaveer Teachers are duly admitted based on the merit list in accordance with the norms prescribed by the state government, UT administration and the university to which the college is affiliated. Self-financing: Admission to the B.Ed. programme is based on the marks obtained in the qualifying and/or entrance examination.
