    About BMCET Surat

    Bhagwan Mahavir College of Engineering and Technology (BMCET), is a private college for engineering was set up back in the year 2008 in Surat, Gujarat. This affiliated college approved by the AICTE offers Engineering courses on its 20 acres land. Total number of students enrolled in this college is 1, 616 and is staffed by 67 devoted faculty members. The college offers eight different B. Tech programs, which include Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering and Automobile Engineering and other.  

    The college has many amenities for the development of the student both academically as well as personally. These are having a separate hostel for boys and girl students to have comfortable accommodation for candidates who come from different districts and towns. BMCET has properly equipped a medical facility inclusive of first aid section. It also has modern Laboratory facilities to cater the need of Practical’s from first semester to final semester engineering students. 

    Institute has a total of eight full time B. Tech programs which are all four year programmes. These programs range across the different fields of engineering, thus giving students more choices that they can take. The total approved intake for all the courses are 780 seats,

    If you want good salary package, it's not worth it

    College Infrastructure

    Our college is well built, it consists of all the equipments which are required by various branches like mechanical electrical etc, also they have workshop for particular branches, labs are also there in good condition but some of the equipments doesn't work properly otherwise everything is good and also we have sports ground for cricket, football, skating and we have sports instructors too, we have facility of wifi too, and particularly for computer branch the labs are way too good.

    Faculties are student friendly

    A mix of Good and bad
