Bharat Institute of Nursing, Dindori started in the year 2015 is a self financing Nursing institute in the state of Madhya Pradesh. This is a co-educational institution which is situated near Mandla Bus Stand, Dindori The college is fully recognised by Indian Nursing Council (I.N.C), which makes it capable to impart quality education regarding nursing. The institute offers two specialised nursing programmes: General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) courses as a total of 86 student enrolment capacity. Thus, having 12 highly qualified members in the faculty, it easily provides every student with individual attention and excellent quality of education.
Bharat Institute of Nursing has various amenities aimed at facilitating learning among the institutions’ students. A well stocked library contains Nursing medical books and journals that are available for use through out the week during working days. The college boasts of functional laboratory facilities relevant for practice in nursing as part of nursing education. Separate accommodation is provided for boys and girls thus making it easier for the student to live comfortably in the institute hostels. The on-campus cafeteria also works like the student hangout centre where students go to socialise interpenetrating between meals. For the over-all balanced physical and psychological development of the students, the institute offers sports amenities. The college also has student health and medical centre where first aid is provided to students who fall ill.
As of now, Bharat Institute of Nursing, Dindori have two full time nursing courses to offer. The GNM course is of three years duration with an approved intake capacity of forty students only. The B.Sc Nursing is a four-year undergraduate course which offers uninterrupted specialisation in the nursing science. Both programmes are intended to prepare students to meet the necessary competencies needed in the nursing career. This makes it easy for the graduates of the institute to mange the challenge that the health care industry poses by combining theory and field practice.
