Biff and Bright College of Engineering and Technology Jaipur and its affiliated status at Rajasthan University were established in the year of 2010 located at Padasoli, Jaipur. Accredited by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), it has offered one of the foremost institutions for prospective engineers for more than ten years. Located at the National Highway 8, the college takes students through different engineering fields to increase enrolment. Currently, the faculty of the institute comprises 72 members, and the institute offers several engineering streams to students.

To support student learning, the college has several specially equipped facilities to improve the education process for the learners. The campus contains good laboratory facilities for subjects like physics, chemistry, mechanical engineering, civil engineering and electrical engineering. Biff and Bright College of Engineering and Technology is offering a total of 6 courses with two levels of degrees, bachelors as well as masters. These include both undergraduate B.Tech programmes and diploma courses, and all of them are full-time. The B.Tech courses offered at the college take four years, while the diploma courses offered at the college take three years. The courses include B.Tech in computer science and engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering and mechanical engineering. 

As mentioned earlier, the process of admitting students to Biff and Bright College of Engineering and Technology is elaborate and equitable. For B.Tech programmes, the admission is usually offered on the basis of the JEE Main score or on the basis of REAP. It also offers management quota admissions; however, this institution also directly admits students into the college. As for the diploma courses, admission is through CPA and PAET exams, and direct and managerial quotas are also available.
