stressful, overcrowded, bureaucratic, uncertain future

It doesn't have any good facilities, here I'm talking about the BOKARO CITY COLLEGE which comes under this university. Infrastructure is also very poor. They have very small classrooms,{ here I'm talking about the it's biotechnology department} ,a small, not well maintained laboratory, they have a library but they don't even allow to enter some students and they don't have much resources there, it doesn't have any sports centers and hostel facilities is also not provided. This college is not well maintained, canteen facilities are not been provided, living spaces are not well maintained.

College Infrastructure
Regarding infrastructure our college provides all necessary things like it have several departments for several courses , workshops, libraries, laboratories, etc. I will not say that it have very facilities but the requirement like maintained equipment of laboratories, workshops, classrooms, hostels with proper working wi-fi etc have been provided. In terms of food hygiene and cleanliness campus it is absolutely good.

Yes it has good infrastructure and all. It has all the basic needs that a student needs and it he has a lot of other products and it also has very big library and hostel and it has a very good food hygiene.
