BK Patil Institute of Pharmacy Taloja, was established in 2019 is a Private Pharmacy College is located in the Raigad District Of Maharashtra State. Approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), this standalone institute offers two full-time pharmacy programmes: Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharma). Located in Mumbai, the institute is affiliated to University of Mumbai and has all facilities for students on a 2.5 acre campus. Of the student enrolment, 10 are first year, and out of a faculty count of, 4 the institute is small enough to offer its students the focus they need as pharmacists. 

The infrastructure at the campus in which BK Patil Institute of Pharmacy is located is conducive for its students to have a balanced learning and a healthy lifestyle. As for the organisational infrastructure, there is a library at the centre and the core of the institute. BK Patil Institute of Pharmacy offers two main courses. A, D.Pharma a two-year programme and B.Pharma four-year programme in the field of Pharmacy. The two courses are full time and have an approved intake of 60 students in total in all programmes, 120/seat. These courses aim at equipping the students with skills to enable them enrol for work placements in various pharmacy careers for this field is growing at a very fast rate. The institute’s emphasis of these two integral programmes enables each learner a personalised course experience.

As for the admission of the students to the BK Patil Institute of Pharmacy, Admission is done through Centralised Admission Procedure (CAP) which is controlled by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra. This process also means that candidates will be shortlisted and selected from other candidates in a manner that is most appropriate.
