BM College of Education, a self-financing college offering Teacher Education programme, is situated at Bathinda, Punjab, and was established in 2012. This is a co-educational institution established in Punjab and accredited by the National Council for Teacher Education, or NCTE to provide the highest standards of education. Located on a limited piece of land of only one acre, the college has enrolled 99 total students and has a faculty of 8 employees. BM College of Education is particularly aimed at elementary education and has just one course on its roster – the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.).

The BM College of Education has varied facilities that seek to support the learning of its students in the various tender ages. A Wi-Fi-enabled campus makes it possible for the students to have use of the available Educational resources over the internet. Operating as the backbone of the institution, the library contains over one thousand books, with most of them being subject-based and others being general knowledge and reference. The D.El.Ed Social Science course prepares students to teach at the elementary level and fosters the necessary skills of classroom management as well as the knowledge they require. Even though this college offers only this particular programme, it addresses the audience with the sincerity of its desire to offer quality education in the sphere of elementary teacher training.

The following facilities make BM College of Education prepared for its educational activities. In correlation to this, the university has facilities such as a psychology lab, science lab, and education technology lab that expose students to practical sessions. An audiovisual room and a seminar hall have been designed to support audiovisual aids and group learning. The college also avails itself of an auditorium for events/seminars and activities that improve the general college environment.
