Degree-wise Admission Process

B.A. Honours:
B.A. Honours includes the fields of History, Political Science, Economics, Psychology, Philosophy, Hindi, English, and Urdu. The admission into these subjects is entirely merit-based, depending on the 10+2 result of the respective candidate. Taking into account the different sizes for the subjects in the different categories, History and Political Science are the largest, wherein each has an intake of 300 seats, followed by Psychology, having 78 seats.

B.Sc. Honours:
The B.Sc. Honours courses include Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, and Zoology. The admission entry point is again on merit based on the score of the 10+2 of the applicant along with consideration to the science subjects taken by the applicants. Mathematics leads the intake with an intake of 156 seats. Physics, Chemistry, and Botany each hold 78 seats, while Zoology offers 90 seats.

B.Com. Honours:
BN College takes care of B.Com. Honours in a under-accountancy head with a sanctioned intake of 300 students. B.Com. Honours considers the performance of the students in their 10+2 examination with regard to commerce subjects for admission.
