Cambridge Institute of Polytechnic Ranchi is a polytechnic college approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). CIP Ranchi was founded by Late Dr. Bahadur Singh in the year 2016. The institute is affiliated to the Jharkhand University of Technology. The CIP Ranchi offers 4 diploma courses. These courses are designed to impart technical education and training in the engineering field.

Candidates who want to pursue a desired course must fulfil the CIP Ranchi minimum eligibility criteria. Also candidates appeared in Jharkhand PECE exam can apply for CIP Ranchi admissions. Admissions to CIP Ranchi will be based on the scores obtained in the entrance examination and qualifying examination. The Cambridge Institute of Polytechnic Ranchi provides a variety of facilities to the students such as digital library, oracle academy, hostels, cafeteria, medical facilities, virtual lab, CIP club and others.
