Caritas College of Pharmacy, an affiliated College of Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur, provides two systematic courses in pharmacy education. The B.Pharma program is of four years and D.Pharma is a two years full time program. Intake capacity has been established to be at 60 student enrollment per course in each program for purposes of focused learning. Specifically, B.Pharma program has admission criteria of passing the Kerala Engineering Architecture & Medical Examination (KEAM) so as to encourage merit basis admission. These courses are meant to equip students to enable them have a good background in pharmaceutical sciences and fit into different capacities within the health and pharmaceutical sector.

For the B.Pharma program the admission criteria is the KEAM score of the entrance test conducted by the government of Kerala for engineering, architecture and medical courses.
