Central Tool Room and Training Centre or CTTC Bhubaneswar was established in 1991 in the state of Odisha. The institute is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). CTTC is affiliated to the Directorate of Technical Education and Training, Cuttack. 

Central Tool Room and Training Centre offers diploma and postgraduate diploma courses. The career-oriented courses of different levels and different disciplines offered at CTTC are Post Diploma in Tool and Die Manufacturing, Diploma in Tool and Die Engineering, PGD Tool Design and CAD CAM, Diploma in Mechatronics, Post Diploma in Structural Analysis and Project Management, Post Diploma in Industrial Automation and Robotics, Post Graduate in Aerospace Manufacturing, Post Diploma in CAD CAM, Post Diploma in Mechatronics and others. Along with long term courses, the institute also offers short term certificate courses in the field of technology, engineering and others. 

CTTC, Bhubaneswar has collaborated with Samsung, India and offers advanced repair & industrial skill enhancement programmes for various categories. The institute offers entrepreneurship skill development programmes for the students. The placement cell at CTTC provides support at every stage of the placement process. It arranges interviews, mock tests, group discussions and many other activities.
