The CH Harchand Singh College of Law, Khurja was established in 2018 and it is an under graduate college exclusively for Law education in Uttar Pradesh, India. This college is in Jewar Road, at Shahpur More, and has been approved by Bar Council of India (BCI). Currently BKC occupies a campus of 0.62517 acres and has a strength of 116 students, and 11 members of the faculty.

CH Harchand Singh College of Law, Khurja is an affiliated college of Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. CH Harchand Singh College of Law ensure that the students have a good environment for learning. It is furnished with a good library to facilitate the needs of the law students, lawyers and other legal professionals. The college understands the fact that education should be balanced, students are free to participate in sports activities. Thus, together with academic freedom, CH Harchand Singh College of Law has created all the conditions for students to master the opportunities of the IT technologies which play an important role in contemporary legal education.

CH Harchand Singh College of Law currently offers two full-time courses: These two programmes are the Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and the integrated Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (BA LLB). The LLB programme takes a 3 year duration, while the BA LLB is an integrated course which takes 5 years. The intake for both programmes is approved at 120 places for each course making the total places to 240 places in the two courses. These are the academic programmes that give a persons a legal education and give both the theoretical and practical knowledge needed in the profession.
