Situated in Rohtak, Haryana, CH Katar Singh Memorial College of Education was established in 2007. The affiliation of this institute was under the aegis of NCTE, to promote specialised educational courses. With a total enrolment of 98 students and a faculty of 9, a high level of focus is placed on nurturing future educators. The courses provided in the institute are on a full-time basis, Bachelor of Education and Diploma in Elementary Education. These were especially designed for those students who want to take up teaching and education as their profession.

The college has all the required amenities that help in the growth and development of students. This course provides hands-on laboratory experience in departmental laboratories to undertake practical work in laboratories.
